-If you're not from USA - Follow these steps:
1. Go to a USA proxy like:
webwarper.net/ OR speedyaccess.info/ OR dontfilter.us/ OR anonr.com/ OR proxoin.com/
2. Paste the link below into the blank box of the proxysite
http://www.stardoll.com/en/design/designvote/spinbrush.php
3. Click Go/Browse or just hit Enter on your keyboard
4. Wait till page loads
5. You can now leave the proxy and go to Stardoll as usual
You should find the dress in a Spinbrush bag in your suite (:
